STEP TWO: We'll respond with a phone call or email (your choice), and discuss your project. If you decide you'd like to hire us, we'll send you a contractual agreement to review and sign. You'll then need to return the signed agreement with your deposit fee. STEP THREE: Surnami will work with you to create a customized profile of your project. Once complete, the profile will be shared with the full Surnami team and creative work will begin, working toward a deadline that we've both agreed to. STEP FOUR: We present suggested creative solutions via presentation boards that are shipped to you and discussed in a teleconference. Decision-making steps are considered. STEP FIVE: You adopt one of our suggested creative solutions and pay the success fee for full rights or you walk away without paying another dime.
